NGO Rino & Primary school Lotrščak & University North, Project RAST

We design strategies and policy-oriented interventions grounded in robust analysis and real-world constraints. For Rino and Lotrščak, we conducted a deep operational and organisational analysis to support evidence-based decision-making around workforce planning, capacity constraints, and service delivery. In Project RAST, we supported the design of an innovative social education model addressing systemic gaps in social literacy and cohesion among children and youth. The project’s unique “mirror” curriculum required a clear intervention logic, measurable outcomes, and alignment with public education frameworks. In both cases, our focus was on translating complex social or organisational challenges into structured, implementable solutions. These engagements demonstrate our ability to connect policy intent with operational feasibility.
