We structure and deliver digital and data-driven transformation initiatives that improve governance, efficiency, and decision-making in complex organisations. In our role on the business analysis of the Tax Administration’s digital transformation, we supported the definition of business needs, process logic, and transformation requirements to enable scalable, compliant implementation. For RAO, we designed reporting and analytical structures that strengthened financial control and management visibility. In the case of COO Dubrava, we translated operational constraints and workforce data into actionable optimisation models for scheduling and resource allocation. Across these projects, we start with use-case definition and feasibility, then translate requirements into delivery-ready structures aligned with organisational capacity. This ensures transformation efforts move beyond plans into adoptable, measurable change.
