Veterinary Faculty, Fire department Petrinja – Interreg

We support approved EU projects through structured implementation, governance and reporting. In the Interreg Danube Region project with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and in the Interreg IPA Adrion project with the Public Fire department Petrinja, our role focused on setting up project governance, coordinating partners, and ensuring compliance with programme rules. We supported reporting processes and financial tracking. The project required careful alignment between scientific objectives, administrative requirements, and delivery timelines. Our hands-on involvement ensured smooth execution and reduced implementation risk. This case demonstrates our capacity to manage the full complexity of international, multi-partner EU projects.
